Okay before I induct him to the "DEUTSCHBAG HOF", I will admit, rather shamefully, I was actually on this dude's side.
Of course none of us knew their complete story, but like most of America, I've seen episodes, and well, like most of America, I thought I knew them quite well. And fact is, Kate can be a bitch, all of the time. (not grammatically correct for effect) Fact is, Jon was surrounded by noise, all of the time.

I was pretty sick this last week which is why I didn’t submit a Chargers blog but also could barely get out and shoot pics as well. Hell, I even got our new staff photog sick as well! Regarding the Chargers, no matter how you cut it, “a loss is still a loss” and they’re a very talented 2-2 team facing the resurgent and undefeated Denver Broncos next week. Can the Chargers win? Yes, if they fix the ongoing problems we all know about like settling for Red Zone field goals, non-existent running game, and lackluster defense. Can the Chargers lose? Yes, if they continue to play the same crappy way they have, despite 2 lucky wins.

Once again, there are 3 proposals to legalize pot attempting to get on the California ballot next year. And once again, the yahoos are coming out of the woodwork.
Yunno, I can't stand all this soap boxing people are doing to condemn Marijuana. Really. I'm almost certain that most of this blowharding is rooted in a close-minded religous upbringing. These are the same people that think Darwin is the devil and Dan Brown is his apprentice.

EL SEGUNDO, CA - With training camp in full swing, it seems Lakerland STILL is as bipolar about Ron Artest as the entire world is about Kobe, you either love him, or you despise him. No middle ground.
Part of it of course had a lot to do with the dude he was essentially swapped for, Eddie Jones 2.0… I mean, Trevor Ariza.
Chics love him, basketball purist love him, his teammates loved him, I mean, the guy was unselfish, made huge clutch plays, never whined, always played his heart out and was (arguably) THEE X factor in why the Lakers won last year's title....

fashion faux pas...

GASLAMP - I want to take a moment and discuss a fashion faux pas, which really is a huge personal pet peeve of mine. Ladies and gentlemen, this is not the age of trash or the century of sleaze…
Great undergarment manufacturers have put a lot of time and research into making appropriate panties and bras for various fashion trends and necklines. They also make very sassy, racy, cute and ornamented undergarments...
a win is a win??

SAN DIEGO - After a night in the Gaslamp, I had trouble staying…. for this game. What a boring 1st Qtr with neither team scoring. That’s no surprise for the Chargers who have not scored a TD on an opening drive in the last 19games (only 2nd to powerhouse Cleveland). Miami did look strong on their first drive, running plays at will against a weakened Chargers defense until a bad handoff resulted in a fumble out of the end-zone and gave the Chargers the ball...

GASLAMP - When you think of a hat, what comes to mind? A baseball hat? A straw hat? As women of fashion in San Diego, why don’t we wear more fashion hats everyday? I don’t think that hats are just for church and the race track. Although, hats and horses go together like peas and carrots. I found a great hat shop here in San Diego...

DOWNTOWN - Last Friday night, technically early Saturday morning, NightStyleSD.com's very own Ronnie B. was ambushed yet again spotted by more inebriated gaslamp patrons. This time it was by ms. birthday girl (chic in the middle) herself (sorry we forgot your name), who was celebrating her 24th birthday downtown, apparantly with courtney cox.
So.... in accordance to the infamous nightstlye rule, (if you spot ronnie b. anytime in gaslamp...

SAN DIEGO - With 4th & 2 in the final seconds of the Chargers’ home opener, it was Goliath in the form of future Hall of Fame Baltimore linebacker Ray Lewis that won the battle against the diminutive Darren Sproles and thus the game for the Ravens over the Chargers, 31-26. Sproles is great in the open field as shown by his 53yd kick-off return and his 81 yd TD catch in the opening minutes but going head-on against Ray Lewis & the #2 defense of last season with the game on the line...

LAS VEGAS, NV - Sure he won every single round, landed left hooks at will, evenlooked quicker than before he retired. But seriously?? You're gonna heap all this praise on Pretty Broke Floyd, when the foe he destroyed was a hand picked guy who is not only older but markedly slower, weaker and is fighting TWO freakin weight classes higher than he ever has??? Seriously???..
